Development Programs

Orlando World Live (OWL)

Exceeding Las Vegas and New York City as a top tourist destination in the world, Orlando World Live (OWL) envisions a world class, green, mixed-use development with 3 high-rises 70 stories, 50 stories and 40 stories, anchored with numerous live performance venues, themed entertainment, sports entertainment, music lifestyle resort, concert venues, movie studios, immersive theaters, performance arts academy, Manhattan style theater venues, and overhead people transportation on 300+ acres in Orlando. The program will have multiple phases.

Sustainable, green building methods, harnessing renewable energy, state of the art energy generation facility, and net zero applications will be designed into the program to minimize its impact on the environment.

CW Construction provided Executive Program Management services at the inception, assisted in the conceptual design, developed the planning phases and conceptual budgets for the entire program to Orlando World Live, LLC for the $10B initial phase of this program.

Mountain Development/Cataloochee Wilderness Resort

The Mountain Development/Cataloochee Wilderness Resort vision creates a unique new municipality and destination resort that provides an “upscale lifestyle,” combining living, working, and playing in an all-encompassing mixed-use development. Residents and guests will enjoy exceptional retail shopping, resort lodging, family entertainment, fine dining, and residential opportunities that celebrate the year-round allure of the “North Carolina Mountains” experience. The development will feature streets designed for pedestrians’ walking pleasure, community integration, and have plazas which will be reminiscent of “old World” architecture. A sophisticated rustic outdoor character will reside in harmony with the adjacent wilderness experience. Sustainable, green and net zero will be designed into the project to minimize its impact on the environment.

A 6,000 acre, $17B program, seven-phase community development program includes new municipality, lake, resorts, fine dining, hospitals, schools, roads and infrastructure, residential communities with single-family, active adult and condominium homes. Amenities include a country club, retail stores and restaurants. Outdoor recreation offerings include a theatrical venue, campgrounds, picnic areas, hiking trails, an equestrian center and riding trails, snow skiing, mountain bike trails, fishing, and an RV park.

CW Construction provided Executive Program Management services at the inception, assisted in the conceptual design, and developed the planning phases and conceptual budgets for the entire program to Cataloochee Holdings, LLC for the $17B program’s initial phase.
