Independent Document Peer Reviews
CW will perform an unbiased constructability review of any desired project. A report will be issued documenting the review along with recommendations for alternate solutions for the design team to investigate and evaluate, as a viable option for the owner. Building envelope integrity review is crucial to minimize any moisture penetration and causes of mildew formation. CW will conduct the document constructability reviews to ensure the plans and specifications are complete and ready for pricing. These reviews are undertaken to help minimize the RFI’s and change orders issued during construction will assist the design consultants to enhance the quality of their documents

Construction Contract Analysis
CW will work in concert with the client to develop an agreement that meets the needs of the project. If there is an existing agreement, CW will provide a contract review analysis and provide a risk management assessment for the client’s consideration. It is to the Owner’s benefit for a third party, unbiased, to review all contracts to minimize risk exposure on any construction project.
Project Financial Analysis
CW has the experienced personnel to analyze the financial aspect of any construction project. The specific components analyzed are as follows:
- Complete estimate analysis (lump sum/GMP)

Claims Analysis and Avoidance
CW provides claim assessment services and reports the findings to the client. CW will negotiate a claim on behalf of the client, as his agent, and present settlement options and recommendations for making informed decisions. As a preventative measure, CW will review design documents at various stages of completion for coordination and to minimize ambiguities that historically are the basis of construction claims. CW also provides services for preparation for arbitrations, mediation or legal proceedings and expert witness.
Surety Contract Management
When a contractor defaults on his bond or a terminated contract, an initial risk assessment needs to be completed. CW will provide this analysis and will assist the bonding company to complete the contract. CW can provide management services for the procurement of vendors to complete the work under the bond default or terminated contract. This management service will include the onsite administration of the substitute contractors for completion of the contractual obligations under the bond. CW will provide monthly cost and schedule reports to update the necessary parties on completion progress.
