Additional Services

• We assist Tribes/Nations in developing their judicial system whereby they are not required to wave their sovereign rights with contracts. We believe in Tribal Sovereignty.
• We assist Tribes/Nations in developing Tribal contracts for all services required.
• We assist the Tribes/Nations in developing building codes and minimum standards for construction.
• We assist the Tribes/Nation in developing procurement procedures to reduce or eliminate material taxes for supplies and materials delivered for their projects.
• We train Tribal employees to provide Quality Assurance and Facility Maintenance on each project.

The CW Construction LEED Accredited Professional will assist the client and the design team to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and are healthy places to live and work. Breakthroughs in building science, technology, and operations are available to designers, builders, and owners who want to build Green and maximize both economic and environmental performance.

Assist in Financing for your project

A critical part of a successful project involves financing. CW Construction works with several major financial institutions to assist Tribes in obtaining the maximum and most competitive financing, normally through bonds for their project. Typically, Tribes will be required to fund most of the up front costs associated with the development project. These costs can include but not be limited to:

• Feasibility studies
• Environmental studies
• Architectural and engineering fees

…to get the plans far enough along to obtain a Guaranteed Maximum Price. When the project is deemed truly feasible and ready to go, CW Construction works with the Tribe to recoup these up front fees, resulting in a project that is nearly 100% financed.
