Cecil Walker
CEO and Owner
Mr. Cecil Walker grew up on the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. A graduate from the University of Kansas, he holds a “Class A High-Rise” General Contracting License in Florida. His career spans over 50 years of experience with private, public, Tribal, Federal, State, County and Municipal entities providing equity management, design-build construction, general construction, program management, project management, and construction management. He has directed and managed construction and planning for theme parks, resort/hotels, airports, schools, casinos, condominiums, commercial facilities, assisted living facilities, private city/community development, dams, Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Jeff Griffith
Vice President, Executive Program Manager
Mr. Griffith holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington and a high-rise General Contracting License in California. With over 40 years of experience as a Program Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Cost Engineer-Estimator in planning and building of complex projects in the construction industry, IT, and publishing, Jeff’s work has included resorts, hotels, mixed-use, restaurants, laboratories, institutional, historic renovations, ecclesiastical, roadways, commercial, residential, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Jerald B. Pospisil
Vice President Resort Development
Mr. Pospisil has extensive experience in the development and implementation of master plans for multi-use resort properties. He has developed, opened, and operated resorts, retail, and attractions with the Disney organization (31 years) and internationally through his consulting and construction companies.

Steve Wilson
Director – Recreation, Golf & Transportation
Steve Wilson is a seasoned professional in the sports, recreation, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors, with more than twenty-five years as a highly successful operator. He spent over two decades with one of the leading Fortune 500 companies in the recreation and entertainment sector, Disney, where his portfolio included responsibility for day-to-day global golf operations, a significant role in the creation and development for the Disney’s Wide World of Sports, and he has also held several management positions within the Disney Parks. He has six years’ experience as a Vice President and Executive Director of the PGA Tour, with hands-on operations involving the construction and day- to-day operation of the World Golf Village/World Golf Hall of Fame complex, including operations and the sales and marketing aspects of the World Golf Championships. Most recently he worked as VP/GM for a luxury home-builder in South Florida and he is a Limited Partner in the successful launching of Ship Sticks LLC.

John Rodriguez
John (J.R.) Rodriguez has been involved in the hospitality and hotel industry for over 40 years. From learning the basics at his family’s restaurant, D’Agostino’s Villa Nova in Winter Park, Florida to overseeing successful world class events as The Kentucky Derby, World Cup Soccer, NBA, NHL & NCAA Men’s Basketball to the special individual service of high profile clients, J.R. has delivered proven results on all levels of memorable guest experiences. His leadership, sales, marketing and operations experience have driven successful financial results for those he has worked with including Lockheed Martin, Church Street Station, Levy Restaurants and ClubCorp.
