Meet Jeff Griffith

Jeff has proven history as Program Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Cost Engineer/Estimator with over 40 years’ experience in planning and building in the construction industry, IT, and publishing.
A graduate in the master’s program of construction management at the University of Washington College of Built Environments, Mr. Griffith also holds undergraduate degrees in construction management and mathematics, the professional credentials of Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), and a high-rise General Contractor’s license in California.
Jeff has a proven record of success leading R&D projects in disaster recovery, private development, document development, Standards of Practice (SOP) development with publishing firms, and in the construction industry. He has led teams in development projects for large-scale rollouts of hardware and software IT infrastructure components in program-level development ventures, the development of new analytical tools for cost engineering, the revision of national/federal reference materials and curricula for FEMA estimating, and the establishment of SOP in large-scale cost reviews for Department of Homeland Security (DHS), FEMA, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE).
Working under Federal and private contracts, Jeff has provided program governance setup, program planning, project management, project controls, value engineering, consulting, and estimating in the planning and construction of projects from large-scale program ventures to commercial projects. He has an excellent knowledge of building materials, sustainable construction, design, and the vetting of new GREEN building systems/Net-Zero energy solutions, components, and materials. He has a proven record of success in a variety of construction procurement methods, including fast-track, multi-purpose design-build, and design-bid-build.
As an Executive Program Manager CW Construction, Jeff has had an integral part in the development of master plans for large-scale construction programs each totaling between $250 million and $20 billion consisting of commercial, governmental, multi-use, resort, hotels, high-rise, entertainment, and residential properties. In addition, his experience includes restaurants, laboratories, institutional, historic renovations, ecclesiastical, roadways, USACE, Department of Defense (DOD), DHS, and FEMA.
