Assist in Financing for your project. A critical part of a successful project involves financing. CW Heintz works with several major financial institutions to assist Tribes in obtaining the maximum and most competitive financing, normally through bonds for their project. Typically, Tribes will be required to fund most of the upfront costs associated with the development project. These costs can include but not be limited to:
