Financing for Your Project

A critical part of a successful project involves financing. CW Heintz works with several major financial institutions to assist Tribes in obtaining the maximum and most competitive financing, normally through bonds for their project. Typically, Tribes will be required to fund most of the upfront costs associated with the development project. These costs can include but not be limited too; feasibility studies, environmental studies, and architectural and engineering fees to get the plans far enough along to obtain a Guaranteed Maximum Price. When the project is deemed truly feasible and ready to go, CW Heintz works with the Tribe to recoup these upfront fees, resulting in a project that is nearly 100% financed.
